I have never did a sitemap or the crwaler page but can i go with the sitemap and place a link on my site to the sitemap page.Is the same method for crawler page ?.I was thinking from few days back but didnot getting time to do this.I seen a site where it makes a sitemap for any site.Also should i use like this sites in order make sitemap or should i have to make by my own ?

I have submitted a sitemap of my log and even did a couple other things at Google's Webmaster central, but still my blog is stuck with a PR of N/A.
